Human activity monitoring system with commodity WiFi infrastructure using channel state information

<span lang="EN-US">Human activity detection is a research field that has been growing rapidly for the last few decades. It opens wide of applications in fields healthcare, smart homes, robotics, human-media interaction, surveillance and security. WiFi-based solutions have received lot attention lately. These are based on idea nearby wireless signals affected by human bodies. Reflections produced presence static objects like walls furniture, while additional propagation paths dynamic such humans. This paper proposes using WiFi low-cost, device-free monitoring system, as it readily available office home these days. also ubiquitous nature collects information about environment providing Internet. The behind this approach to acquire model changes multipath radio waves due movement. Experimental validation practical situations with varying occupants, different environmental conditions, interference from devices used demonstrate robustness scalability.</span>
